What you can expect
You'll pay for the staff and engineers who actually use the platform each month — nothing for the customers, jobs or certificates you create.
The mobile app, certificate PDFs, customer portals and reporting come with every seat. No feature paywalls or surprise add-ons.
No setup fee and no long minimum term. Stripe's processing fees on customer payments are passed through at cost.

When will pricing be announced? +
AllForProjects is in private beta. We'll set and publish pricing closer to public launch (expected Q4 2026 / Q1 2027). Join the waitlist and you'll hear the numbers — and any early-adopter terms — before anyone else.
How will pricing work? +
The plan is simple per-seat pricing: you pay for active staff and engineer seats, with everything else included. No per-customer, per-job or per-certificate fees, and no setup fee.

Unlimited customers, sites, jobs, quotes, invoices and certificates; the mobile field app; certificate PDFs and customer email; the online quote-sign and invoice-pay portals; and UK/EU data hosting.
Will it cost anything to join the beta? +
No. Joining the waitlist and taking part in the private beta is free. We'll be clear about pricing well before anyone is asked to pay.
Where is my data held? +
Application and database hosting is in the UK/EU and file storage is in the EU. See our Trust & security page for the full list of sub-processors.
