1. The service
The Service is provided by AllForProjects Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in England & Wales under company number 17219055, with its registered office at Unit 4 Winchester Works, Malt Mill Lane, Halesowen, West Midlands, B62 8JF ("we", "us", "the Service"). The Service is a multi-tenant business platform for UK trades businesses, comprising a web application, a mobile field application (AFPro), customer-facing portal pages and supporting APIs. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while these terms are in force and your subscription is paid.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secret and for everything that happens under your account.
- You will tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised, by emailing support@allforprojects.com.
- You may not share an account between more than one human; each engineer / staff member needs their own seat.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you put into the Service. We process it on your behalf as set out in our Privacy policy. You can export your data at any time via the platform's CSV/PDF export features, and we will provide a full database export within 30 days of a written request.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass access controls of the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam, malware, or content that is illegal in the UK.
- Use the Service to impersonate another business or person.
- Attempt to access another tenant's data, or to overwhelm the Service with deliberate excessive traffic.
We may suspend an account that breaches this section after a reasonable notice period (immediate suspension is possible for security incidents).
5. Fees & billing
AllForProjects is currently in private beta and provided free of charge. When commercial pricing begins (Q4 2026 / Q1 2027), pricing terms will be added here and account owners will be emailed at least 30 days before any charge.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service during the beta period. Planned maintenance is announced in advance via the in-app notification bell where possible.
7. Third parties
The Service relies on third-party processors (Railway, Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, Apple, Google, Anthropic) listed in our Privacy policy. Their availability and terms apply to the relevant features.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law: the Service is provided "as is"; we make no warranty of fitness for a particular trade compliance regime; and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period (or £100 during the free beta).
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by UK law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement on 30 days' written notice. We will provide you with a data export within 30 days of termination. Your data will be retained for 90 days after termination (in case of restoration), then deleted, except records we are legally required to keep.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are emailed to account owners at least 30 days in advance.
