About AllForProjects
Software that runs the whole job
AllForProjects is all-in-one job management software for UK trades businesses. It brings quoting, scheduling, certification, invoicing and AFPro, the AllForProjects field app, into one system, so a job flows from first enquiry to final payment without being re-keyed at every step.
Why we built it
Most trades firms run on a patchwork of tools — a job manager here, a certificate app there, an accounts package, and a spreadsheet keeping score. Each one is fine on its own, but the gaps between them are where time and money leak: the same customer typed in three times, a certificate that never made it onto the invoice, a job marked complete that nobody billed.
We set out to close those gaps with a single platform where the quote, the job, the paperwork and the invoice are all part of the same record. The office sees the full picture; the engineer sees only what they need on their phone; and the customer gets a clean way to approve quotes and pay invoices online.

A quote, the job it becomes, its certificates and the invoice should be the same story — not four disconnected records in four different tools.
Built around the trade
BS7671, Gas Safe, NICEIC and NAPIT aren't add-ons. The certificate editors, scheme gating and reports are shaped by how UK trades actually work.
Works where the work happens
Engineers are in lofts, basements and plant rooms. AFPro is built to keep working on patchy 4G and sync when the signal returns.
Your data is yours
Every business is isolated end-to-end, with data hosted in the EU, UK GDPR compliant, and a clear record of who we share data with to run the service.
Not a concept — the apps are live
AllForProjects is in private beta ahead of public launch, but it's already real software doing real work. AFPro is live on the App Store and Google Play, and the web app runs at my.afpro.app.
