This is the part a certificate-only app can't copy. The certificate starts life on a scheduled job, gets completed on site in AFPro, the AllForProjects field app — even offline — and ends with an invoice raised from the same record.

2. Complete on site
The engineer fills the certificate in AFPro on their phone, takes the signature, and keeps working through basements and plant rooms — the offline queue syncs when signal returns.

3. Invoice the same record
When the job completes, the invoice is created from it automatically and the customer can pay by card through the portal. No re-keying between a cert app and an invoice app.

Which certificates does AllForProjects include? +

Do the editors follow the BS7671 model forms? +
Yes. The electrical certificate editors match the BS7671 model forms, including the 30-column schedule of circuit details and test results and the schedule of inspection with code grading — so the finished PDF looks like the form your scheme expects.
Can any user issue a certificate? +
No. Certificate issue is gated by engineer accreditation: an engineer without the right scheme registration — NICEIC or NAPIT for electrical work, Gas Safe for the LGSR — cannot issue the form. Issued paperwork stays tied to a registered engineer.
Is there a per-certificate fee or a limit on certificates? +
No. The plan is simple per-active-seat pricing with everything included — unlimited certificates, jobs, quotes and invoices, and no per-certificate fees. Exact numbers will be published at launch, and the waitlist hears first.
How does the customer receive their certificate? +
The customer signs on the PDF and the certificate is emailed from the platform, with a full send history kept against the record — so you can always show what was sent, to whom, and when.
Why not just use a certificate-only app? +
Because a certificate is one step in a job. A certificate-only app can't schedule the inspection, can't see the site's history and can't raise the invoice. In AllForProjects the certificate is attached to the job, so booking, paperwork and payment share one record.
