For your trade
Job management software built around your trade
Generic job software makes every trade fill in the same forms. AllForProjects includes the certificates each trade actually issues — BS7671 forms for electricians, the CP12 for gas engineers, G3 Unvented for cylinder work — while quotes, the diary, customers and invoicing stay shared across the whole firm.

Electricians
BS7671 certificates built in — EICR, EIC, Minor Works, EV Charger and Emergency Lighting — plus the separate G3 Unvented hot-water certificate. Scheme gating, 30-column test schedules, and quoting through to invoicing in the same record.

Landlord Gas Safety Records (LGSR/CP12) completed and signed on site, boiler service reminders that run as recurring jobs, and every landlord visit connected to the property, the quote and the invoice.
See how it fits ›Plumbing & heating
Quotes, a capacity-aware diary, planned maintenance and online-paid invoicing for domestic and commercial work — with G3 Unvented certificates for cylinder installs completed on site.
See how it fits ›Multi-trade
Every trade on one platform: per-engineer certificate sets, projects with Gantt timelines and P&L, RAMS and Construction Phase Plans, and one customer book shared across the firm.
See how it fits ›Not quite your trade?
If your firm mixes trades — an electrical team here, a heating team there, general maintenance in between — the multi-trade page covers how one platform handles all of it, with per-engineer certificate sets and one shared customer book. Doing something we haven't listed? Get in touch and tell us about the work — we'll tell you honestly whether AllForProjects fits.
Software by trade FAQs
Which trades does AllForProjects support? +
AllForProjects is built for UK trades businesses: electricians, Gas Safe-registered gas engineers, plumbing and heating firms, and multi-trade or property maintenance companies. Each trade page shows how the platform fits that work.
Can each engineer have their own certificate set? +
Yes. Certificates are gated per engineer by scheme and accreditation — an electrician can issue the BS7671 forms their NICEIC or NAPIT registration backs, a gas engineer the Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12), and nobody can issue a certificate without the right registration.
Can a firm that covers several trades use it? +
Yes. Multi-trade firms run every trade on the one platform: each engineer gets the right certificate set, and customers, sites, the diary and invoicing are shared across the whole business. See the multi-trade page for how it fits together.
Is the rest of the platform the same for every trade? +
Yes. Quoting, scheduling, the AFPro field app, invoicing, projects and site safety work the same way whatever the trade — only the certificate sets and workflows differ. That is what makes mixed firms workable in one system.
